9.1 winph3 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winph3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 winph3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 winph3's total aggregate liability to any player under this Agreement, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their winph3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by winph3's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 winph3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or its users.
10.2 You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon verified closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable verification and AML checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
10.3 winph3 also offers voluntary self-exclusion options under our Responsible Gaming Policy for players who wish to take a break. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened during the elected exclusion period.
10.4 Upon termination for breach, all pending bonuses and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our AML obligations.

12.2 The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as published on this page, shall take precedence over any prior version. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
